- Plain yoghurt
- Lemon
- Parsley
- Falafels
- Cherry tomatoes
- Chunks of feta
- A few rocket leaves
Preparation steps
- In a bowl, mix one plain yoghurt, a little bit of lemon and chopped parsley.
- Slice the croissant in 2 and spread this preparation on the base.
- Cut the falafels in two and the cherry tomatoes in four.
- Then add these pieces of falafel and cherry tomatoes to the yoghurt preparation, with the chunks of feta.
- Finish by adding a few rocket leaves.
